Job descriptionProven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Not For Profit sector. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Competitive salary and package Salary sacrificing options to increase take-home pay. Bonus incentives and an additional day of birthday leave. Job Description
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and sponsors.
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for growth within the Not For Profit sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with organisational goals.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with organisational policies.
- Provide regular reporting on business development activities and outcomes.
