Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated BCBA for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer full-time, in-person positions supporting schools in Illinois.
As a women- and therapist-founded company, originally started in Washington and now local to Illinois, our mission is to elevate your school-based experience. Whether you’re an experienced BCBA or early in your career, you’ll find a supportive team that truly understands your professional needs.
Position Details
Schedule : Full-Time, 5 days a week
Location : In-person
Start Date : ASAP
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support school staff and students in behavior intervention
- Develop and implement behavior plans aligned with IEPs
- Provide functional behavior assessments and safety plans for students with aggressive or self-injurious behaviors
- Design data collection systems for behavior goals and communicate progress weekly
- Collaborate with Special Services Directors and school teams to create academic and behavioral goals
