A$180,000.00 / yr - A$230,000.00 / yr

Data Centre Recruitment for Australia and APAC

MCR are seeking a Health & Safety leader to deliver large and critically complex data centre construction projects in Melbourne.

Overview

You’ll act as a visible, hands‑on safety leader, actively driving compliance, engagement, and continuous improvement across both construction project delivery and live operational environments. Your responsibilities will span risk assessment, site inspection, hazard identification, SWMS review, and active communication of safety issues to all onsite parties.

  • Undertaking risk assessments and site inspections.
  • Carrying out workplace hazard identification, risk assessments and reviewing SWMS.
  • Implementing ways to reduce risks.
  • Initiating and communicating safety issues to all onsite personnel.

    • Key Requirements

  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • A degree or comparable qualification in Health and Safety.
  • Experience leading health and safety on MEP construction projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with contractors and site teams.
  • Experience working on critically complex construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
