The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Manager to lead our restructuring, exit strategy and assurance function , with a sharp focus on delivering best-in-class outcomes for clients and the company. You’ll also oversee in-life asset assurance on a large portfolio of agile asset loans across Australia and New Zealand.

Leadership

you will lead a high-performing assurance services team and reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

• Devise and execute restructuring strategies across agile short term asset loans.
• Lead performance reporting on loan exits and restructures.
• Collaborate with MitchCap’s national panel of restructuring experts to stay ahead of market trends.
• Represent strategy execution at monthly Risk Committee meetings.
• Engage with insolvency professionals, legal advisors, auction houses, and asset storage partners.
• Manage PPSR perfection and retrospective reviews.
• Oversee GPS tracking, physical audits, and remote surveillance.

Deliver reporting to Board, Risk Committee, and banking partners.
