The Opportunity : HealthShare NSW is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Food Services Assistant to support patient comfort and well-being in our hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Order taking
• Meal assembly
• Meal preparation and distribution of patient meals
• Recording intake
• Dishwashing and other associated cleaning duties
• Waste management

Eligibility Requirements

Meet essential requirements as outlined in the relevant Position Description. Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa). Permanent roles are open to Australian citizens and permanent residents; temporary and casual roles welcome applicants with a visa. NSW Health Category A immunisation and Tuberculosis (TB) screening are required. Refer to NSW Health OASV Policy (Page 12) for required vaccines. If it has been over 6 months since your last recruitment, you will need to upload OASV Undertaking / Declaration Form and TB Assessment Tool.
