Clinical Nurse – Community Palliative Care (Permanent Part Time, 32 hours per week) | Location : St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane (Kangaroo Point).

Join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Brisbane team as a Clinical Nurse in our Community Palliative Care department. The role provides compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients with life-limiting illnesses in their homes or community settings. The nurse works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care. This is a part-time position focused on symptom management, emotional support, and improving the quality of life for patients and their families.
