AICE has been providing quality training and assessment services to students entering the health care sectors for many successful years. AICE provides practical training and work placements, ensuring that students are ready and equipped with the skills and knowledge required to work in the health care sectors. Our team draw on their depth of industry experience to create a rewarding learning environment and our vision is to be the benchmark for quality education and training.
The RTO Manager is responsible for overseeing AICE, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality learning outcomes and driving targeted growth aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives. The role provides operational leadership to the team, ensuring effective delivery of training services and achievement of organisational goals. Reporting to the General Manager, the RTO Manager plays a key role in supporting performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across all aspects of AICE’s operations.
This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our central office in Perth CBD!
