You'll work alongside leaders as new and acquired centres become part of Journey, helping teams navigate change, build confidence and establish strong foundations for long-term success.

About the role

The Integration Quality Manager will play a key role in supporting centres as they transition into the Journey network, working closely with leaders and support teams to create a positive and successful integration experience.

You'll partner with Centre Quality Managers, Centre Managers and Educational Leaders to support teams through periods of growth and change, build strong relationships and help embed Journey's culture, practices and ways of working.

Rather than being responsible for one individual centre, you'll have the opportunity to influence and support multiple services, helping leaders navigate their transition into Journey and setting them up for long-term success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the successful integration of new build and acquisition centres into the Journey network.
• Building strong relationships with Centre Managers, Educational Leaders and Centre Quality Managers throughout the integration journey.
• Coaching and supporting leaders as they navigate growth, change and transition.
• Helping teams understand and embed Journey's culture, practices and ways of working.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen team capability, consistency and outcomes across services.
• Working collaboratively with support teams to ensure centres have the foundations, resources and support they need to thrive.
• Managing competing priorities across multiple centres within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Please note: This role involves extensive travel across Victoria, supporting centres throughout our growing network. The successful candidate will need the flexibility and availability to travel regularly between locations.

About you

You will bring:

• Significant leadership experience within the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, with a demonstrated ability to influence and support teams across multiple services.
• Proven experience supporting teams through growth, change, new builds, acquisitions or organisational integration.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capability, with the ability to build confidence and capability in leaders.
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• A collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and support positive, sustainable outcomes.
• Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
• The flexibility and commitment to travel extensively across Victoria to support centres across our growing network.
