Sales Engineer – HVAC Solutions

Sydney | $120k-$125k + Company Vehicle + Super

Join a growing Australian business delivering HVAC and chiller solutions to major commercial and industrial clients across sectors like healthcare, mining, data centres, and defence.

This is a solutions-focused sales role - not just selling products, but solving real client problems.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify client needs and develop tailored HVAC/chiller solutions

  • Build and manage relationships across commercial and industrial sectors

  • Drive new business while growing existing accounts

  • Conduct site visits and present technical solutions with confidence

  • Collaborate internally to deliver projects from concept through to execution

  • Represent the business at industry events and trade shows like AIRAH & ARBS.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in HVAC, chillers, or related technical solutions sales

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • A proactive, self-driven approach. You take ownership and make things happen.

  • Professional, client-facing presence

  • Ability to understand technical problems and translate them into solutions

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment

Additional Details

  • Location: Smithfield (full-time in office initially, with field travel across Sydney)

  • Clients: Commercial & industrial only (no residential)

  • Travel: Primarily Sydney-based, occasional interstate and industry events

  • Interview Process: 2 stages + medical & references
