We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 6 Classroom Teacher to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, commencing Term 2, 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is committed to student-centred learning and thrives in a collaborative school environment.

About the Role The successful applicant will:

• Deliver an engaging and comprehensive Year 6 curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
• Differentiate teaching to meet diverse learning needs
• Use data to inform teaching and improve student outcomes
• Contribute to the broader life of the College, including co-curricular activities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, leadership, and families

Key Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated experience teaching in a primary setting (upper primary preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Commitment to student wellbeing and holistic education
• Effective classroom management and organisational skills
• Current VIT registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• Full working rights in Australia
