  • About the Role
  • They are currently seeking a highly experienced Business Coordinator to join their team. Head Office is located in Dubbo, however, can easily work out of Orange, Queanbeyan, Coffs Harbour or Newcastle Locations. This is an estimated 6-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

    Working within the Regional Delivery Business Unit, you will be required to manage the day to day running's of the Executive's Office whilst providing a wide range of administrative and business support to achieve organisational objectives

  • Responsibilities
  • Deliver high level and professional customer service
  • Answering enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Inbox management, allocating and coordinating correspondence
  • Complete diary and travel management
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Coordination of meeting room presentation, equipment and catering
  • Preparation of high level documentation including meeting minutes, agenda's, briefs, presentation material and reports
  • Manage small projects, contributing to streamlined administrative processes
  • Contribute to Human Resources activities
  • Complete financial administrative duties including invoices, purchase orders and petty cash
  • Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
  • About You
  • Demonstrated Administration and Business Coordination experience at a Senior level
  • Broad range of administrative, financial, accounting and HR experience
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Requirements
  • Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
