Head Office is located in Dubbo, however, can easily work out of Orange, Queanbeyan, Coffs Harbour or Newcastle Locations. This is an estimated 6-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Working within the Regional Delivery Business Unit, you will be required to manage the day to day running's of the Executive's Office whilst providing a wide range of administrative and business support to achieve organisational objectives
ResponsibilitiesDeliver high level and professional customer serviceAnswering enquiries, providing timely and accurate responsesInbox management, allocating and coordinating correspondenceComplete diary and travel managementSchedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, seminars and conferencesCoordination of meeting room presentation, equipment and cateringPreparation of high level documentation including meeting minutes, agenda's, briefs, presentation material and reportsManage small projects, contributing to streamlined administrative processesContribute to Human Resources activitiesComplete financial administrative duties including invoices, purchase orders and petty cashRecords and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentialityEnsure compliance with best practice and legislative requirementsAbout YouDemonstrated Administration and Business Coordination experience at a Senior levelBroad range of administrative, financial, accounting and HR experienceImpeccable communication skills, both verbal and writtenSuperior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlinesStrong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suiteRequirementsFully COVID vaccinated or medically exemptAbility to commence and commit to the duration of the assignmentHow to ApplyOnly suitable applicants will be contacted
