We are looking for motivated, results-focused Retail Supervisors to lead our team and help manage the daily operations of our store.* Location: Esperance, WA 6450* Positions available: 2 permanent, full-time roles* Annual salary: $79,500 to $85,000 plus superannuationIn this role, you will:* Assist the Manager in achieving store goals and operational objectives.* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales staff.* Ensure customers consistently receive outstanding service.* Prepare staff rosters, allocate tasks and communicate responsibilities clearly.* Interview and recruit new employees and support their induction and onboarding.* Guide and assist staff in resolving challenging situations.* Evaluate returned goods and determine the appropriate action.* Monitor stock levels through regular inventory checks.* Maintain accurate pricing and ensure products are displayed appropriately.* Ensure stock is readily available and prominently displayed.* Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.To be considered, you will need:* An AQF Certificate II or higher in Retail, Management, Leadership, Business, Commerce, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field, with at least one year of relevant full-time or equivalent part-time work experience.* Additional 6 months of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a qualification.* A friendly, enthusiastic and dependable approach, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to customer service.* Full working rights in Australia.If you're passionate about retail and ready to contribute to a vibrant, community-focused store, we’d love to hear from you!
