Join us in making a difference!The RoleWe are currently looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join the team on a casual basis at our Kalgoorlie Residential Aged Care facility, Edward Collick Home.Key responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive reviews of residents through appropriate assessmentsContribute to the allocation of workload for care staffSupport residents with care requirements in line with scope of practiceMonitor and assist in administering medicationsProvide oversight and leadership to care staffSupervise and mentor care staff on shifts and provide supportComplete ACFI documentation, assessments, care plan reviews, evaluations & Riskman reportingABOUT YOUYou are passionate about quality of care, ensuring that you collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
