To be successful in this role, you will have :
Essential
Qualifications in Social Work, Community Services or a related field
Experience supporting vulnerable individuals in a community or outreach setting
Strong knowledge of housing pathways, tenancy rights and homelessness services
Excellent communication, advocacy and negotiation skills
Ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a caseload effectively
ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
National Police Check
Sound understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality
