This role plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. They lead project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management ensuring the project results meet requirements regarding technical quality and reliability. They play a key role in monitoring the business performance and recommends changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for end-to‑end performance + analytics projects with all its phases : planning, exploratory data analysis, solution design, development (SQL) & presentation (Tableau), validation & testing, documenting and communicating the results with relevant business stakeholders.
• Communicate and interact with market leaders, regional leaders and c‑suite to gather requirements, listen to and understand pain points, as well as communicate findings and results in an understandable fashion with excellent storytelling.
• Develop actionable, consumable reporting and presentations for leadership across functions.
• Own the deployment of the strategic projects, ensuring the team follows the best practices from a project management, data‑intensive and highly organized standpoint.
• Coach and lead Business Performance team throughout all of the project phases. Make sure they continuously develop their skills in business understanding, planning and design, development, validation, and storytelling.
