Are you a Registered Nurse who thrives on connecting with people and supporting them to live well at home? At integratedliving, we’re expanding our community nursing team in the Taree / Forster region — and we’d love for you to join us.
Why Community Nursing?
In this role, you won’t be confined to a ward. Instead, you’ll take your clinical skills into the homes of older Australians — providing hands-on care, education, and support that empowers clients to stay safe, well, and independent in their own environment. Every visit is unique, and every client’s story matters.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical nursing care in the home — wound care, catheter and stoma management, diabetes support, and chronic disease management.
- Complete health assessments and develop personalised care plans.
- Collaborate with GPs, carers, and allied health professionals for truly holistic support.
- Educate clients and families, giving them confidence to manage their health.
