Operations Lead

An opportunity for an experienced Online Gaming Operations Manager to lead and optimise an innovative digital gaming platform.

You will oversee all operational policies, player activity, compliance, and payment processes, ensuring a safe, fair, and seamless experience for our users.

What you will do?

Plan & Manage Operations : Oversee all gaming activities, including compliance, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity.

Payments & Risk : Process withdrawals efficiently while monitoring for fraud and ensuring risk controls.

Fraud Prevention : Detect and act on financial or betting-related fraudulent activity.

PSP & Crypto Management : Manage payment providers and crypto wallets; optimise acceptance rates and transaction flows.

Process Development : Create and maintain operational policies; ensure compliance with licensing regulations.

Analytics & Reporting : Monitor key metrics and variances; provide daily performance insights.

Customer Escalations : Handle complex account issues, enforce platform rules, and manage account suspensions.

Credit & Promotions : Monitor bonus usage and promotional credits to manage liability and revenue.

Game Provider Coordination : Manage game promotions and performance, including RTP and engagement metrics.

What We're Looking For?

Proven experience in online gaming operations - MUST!

Experience in sports betting or sweepstakes operations (preferred)

Strong knowledge of digital gaming platforms, analytics tools, and tracking systems

Familiarity with gaming licensing regulations (e.g., Curacao, Anjouan)

Excellent analytical skills for monitoring activity, managing risk, and preventing fraud

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
