We're now looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to design, build, and deliver high-performing Salesforce solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for our clients—particularly as we expand our capabilities in Agentforce and AI-driven service experiences.

• Salesforce technical expert with 3+ years of hands-on development experience

• Problem solver who enjoys breaking down complex requirements into scalable solutions

• Clear communicator who can confidently explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of experience in Apex development (Triggers, asynchronous processing, integrations, etc.)

• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components and modern Salesforce development practices

• 5+ Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant essential; Field Service experience highly regarded)

• Proven experience designing robust data models and scalable architectures

• Hands-on experience implementing real-time, web service–based integrations

• Experience working with integration middleware (MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, Boomi, etc.)

• Background in an additional OOP language (e.g. Java or .NET)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with Salesforce DX, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines

• Are familiar with Agentforce and excited by AI-driven automation

• Have worked in Agile teams (especially Scrum)

• Enjoy mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal capability uplift

• Take pride in clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
