Job descriptionA boutique commercial law firm with a dynamic forward-thinking culture. Offers high-quality services across corporate advisory business transactions and commercial law. Values integrity client service and efficiency. A supportive environment where professional development is actively encouraged. Take ownership of and expand the Liquor Licensing practice. Provide strategic legal advice to clients on liquor licensing compliance and regulatory matters. Handle complex liquor licensing applications disputes and audits. Advise clients on risk management and regulatory frameworks. Lead negotiations and represent clients in licensing hearings and hearings before regulatory authorities. Mentor and develop junior team members within the practice. Work closely with senior leadership to shape the practices growth strategy. 10 years experience in liquor licensing regulatory law or related areas. Proven client-facing skills with a track record in business development. Strong leadership ability capable of mentoring a small team. A strategic commercial thinker with a collaborative approach. Eager to contribute to the growth of a boutique practice. We have access to 50% more roles than are publicly available.
