About The Role

You’ll support people to live independently and safely in their own homes and communities. This hands‑on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care and building meaningful connections, guided by care plans and supported by a great team. You will be based in Morphett Vale, Christies Beach & Willunga. Varied shift timings are available Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with household tasks like cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
• Supporting with personal care (e.g., showering, dressing).
• Helping with medication, mobility or rehabilitation exercises (as needed and with training).
• Encouraging community connection and personal goal achievement.
• Communicating changes or concerns to coordinators.
• Building respectful, professional relationships with clients.

About You

We are looking for experienced support workers with a great attitude, reliability and genuine care for others.
