Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Hobart. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the energy sector, a strong background in high-level financial management, and exceptional proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports for projects, and track project costs and expenditures to ensure operations stay within budget.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure company growth and sustainability.
- Provide specialized financial and business enhancement services, particularly in the energy sector, to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and clients.
- Assist clients in tax planning and compliance to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
- Liaise with ATO and other regulatory bodies when required.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of junior accountants.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members.
Your Background :
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, and Commerce from an accredited Australian university.Minimum of 5 years of high-level accounting and financial management experience.Worked within large, complex businesses, experience in the energy industry is a plus.Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.What We Offer :
