Job Description :
The Centre for Aboriginal Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Partnerships and Performance.
This key leadership role will drive system transformation to achieve health and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal people in NSW, through collaboration with key stakeholders and overseeing performance across Local Health Districts, Specialty Health Networks, and Pillars.
Key responsibilities include leading collaborations with the Community Controlled Sector, implementing state and national strategies and reforms, including the NSW Aboriginal Health Plan and the National Agreement on Closing the Gap, and cultivating innovation in Aboriginal health.
This senior executive role requires strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and senior-level management experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing policy and / or service delivery in Aboriginal health executive level.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander background
Equivalent professional experience and / or relevant tertiary qualifications
Strong leadership capabilities and strategic mindset
Senior-level management experience in Aboriginal health executive level
Benefits :
This ongoing, full-time Band 1 Public Service senior executive role offers an attractive remuneration package within the range of $225,628 to $250,574 per annum, with annual performance reviews.
