Change Lead, Built Environment

About the Role

Working as part of the project team leading our Capital Works Program, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of our major and minor capital works plans.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering change management plans for assigned regional office projects, managing stakeholder engagement plans, enabling change readiness, and producing change communications. You will also work with regional managers to manage and implement change, building staff and stakeholder resilience and driving staff adoption of new ways of working during design development through to site occupation.

This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country, however some travel to regional offices is required.

About You

• Demonstrated experience managing the change process, particularly in relation to built environment programs of work.
• Significant experience delivering change management programs, with a demonstrated understanding of how people experience change.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders that demonstrate respect and understanding of social and cultural differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to deliver ‘plain language’ communications for multiple target audiences.
