We’re seeking an experienced Retail Site Manager to lead our vibrant Fernvale site . You’ll play a key role in maintaining our strong customer focus and operational success while supporting and developing your team.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Cash Handling & Reconciliation – Manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Food Management & Supervision – Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
• Site Hygiene & Presentation – Maintain a clean, welcoming and compliant workplace
• Performance & KPIs – Drive results by meeting budgets and key performance indicators
• Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and mentor our future retail rockstars
