The role :

As our pipeline of civil infrastructure, solar and renewable energy projects continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to join the Pre-Contracts team, critical in securing new work and strengthening our market position. Reporting to the Pre-Contracts Manager and working with the wider team, you will take ownership of the end‑end tendering process across our national business. Role can be based at either of our Geelong or South Melbourne head offices.

Your everyday :

As a Senior Bid Manager, you will coordinate bid responses across delivery, estimating, commercial and partner inputs, ensuring each submission clearly demonstrates our capability, value and experience.

• Take the lead in the preparation and submission of high‑quality EOI’s and tenders
• Provide leadership, mentoring and construction expertise to the precontracts team
• Prepare and present post tender presentations or attend interview
• Assist the estimating manager to identify and implement learning and development opportunities amongst the team
• Be a key contributor in the continual improvement of internal systems and processes
