Registered Nurse - BaptistCare

About your new role :

As a Registered Nurse with BaptistCare Home Care, you will be supporting clients in Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas and will play a vital role in providing high- quality care to clients living at home. You will ensure care aligns with aged care quality standards while promoting independence, safety, and an improved quality of life. Reporting to the Senior Nurse Consultant, your key responsibilities will be :

• Delivering Clinical Care
• Conducting Comprehensive Assessments and regular reviews
• Care Planning and Coordination
• Advocating for Clients
• Providing Health Education
• Monitoring Health and Reporting Outcomes
• Networking and Promoting BaptistCare Services

This position is full time, 38 hours per week. There is a wide travel radius, and travel will be reimbursed as per the BaptistCare NSW and ACT Aged Care Enterprise Agreement.
