• The Role

As the Finishes Foreman, you'll work along side a Senior Site Manager, overseeing a 10 storey apartment tower build, in an inner-south Brisbane suburb. Your responsibilities will include coordinating trades and material supply, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and driving the project schedule. With a focus on delivering top-notch finishes, you'll play a crucial role in this upscale development.

This Finishes Foreman role offers an exciting opportunity within a highly respected Tier 2 apartment builder and developer, boasting more than 30 of successful operation in the SEQ Construction scene.

As a developer, they maintain control over their workload and have no need to aggressive tender new projects on narrow margins. Instead, they consistently have multiple projects in construction, thanks to their proactive development team securing a steady pipeline of work.

Their portfolio includes a range of award-winning projects, spanning from luxury high-end apartment towers to mid-end apartments, often reaching up to 15-20 stories in height.

All their projects are strategically located in wither Brisbane or on the Sunshine Coast. Additionally, they ensure each project is set up with one or two Foremen to foster good engagement with subbies, on site.

If you're a seasoned professional in the commercial construction industry in Southeast Queensland, located well to work on a project in this location and have experience in roles such as Site Manager, Finishes Foreman, Defects Foreman, or General Foreman on apartment projects - we'd be keen to chat.
