Commercial Property Manager

We’re currently assisting a well-regarded commercial real estate agency in North Brisbane, who are seeking a talented Commercial Property Manager to join their growing team. About the Role :

As a Commercial Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties. You’ll work closely with property owners and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service across all aspects of property management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties
• Communicate directly with property owners and tenants
• Conduct property inspections and site visits, coordinating maintenance and contractor works
• Oversee lease document management, negotiate lease renewals, and ensure compliance with tenant and landlord obligations
• Assist with financial management, including rent collection, arrears management, and outgoings budgets and reconciliations
