What You'll Do

• End-to-End Product Ownership : Design (contribute to design process), build, test, and deploy entire features across the stack, from our React / TypeScript frontend to our backend services.
• Architect for Scale : Evolve our core application architecture, making key decisions to ensure our platform is performant, reliable, and scalable on AWS.
• AI-Powered Feature Development : Collaborate closely with our Machine Learning team to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge NLP and generative AI capabilities into the product.
• UI / UX Craftsmanship : Work hand-in-hand with product and design to translate vision into technically sound solutions and an exceptional user experience.
• Technical Mentorship : Elevate the entire engineering team by sharing your expertise, mentoring other engineers, and championing software engineering best practices.
• Accelerate with AI : Leverage AI assistant tools to accelerate development and debugging, while applying critical judgment to ensure all code meets our high standards for quality, security, and integrity.
• Adaptable & Curious : In a tech landscape that evolves at lightning speed, you have a deep-seated curiosity and a drive to continuously learn. You are quick to adapt, embracing new tools and technologies to solve problems and find a way through any challenge.

How we hire

We believe there’s more to you than your CV. So, we start with a chat interview, our very own, designed to uncover your potential and give you the space to share who you are in your own words. You’ll answer 5-6 role-relevant questions over chat and submit a short video answer. It’s untimed and mobile-friendly. Afterwards, you’ll get personalised insights from the interview, based on your responses. Our hiring team will reach out to you directly if they’d like to move forward.
