Job descriptionBe the core pillar for the day-to-day operations of the site Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors Perform facility inspections and quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues Previous experience in Facilities Management, property or related role Is confident in stakeholder management and working collaboratively Is dedicated to a customer-centric approach to all tasks Is enthusiastic and possesses strong people skills Is able to think quickly on their feet and problem solve Has strong skills in Microsoft Office and FM related software Flexibility to work the days that suit your schedule Rewarding career development opportunities across CBRE with free training and ongoing professional support Being part of a global leader who is dedicated to recognising and rewarding our employees in-line with the Company’s RISE Values
