The Opportunity
Be the core pillar for the day-to-day operations of the siteCoordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractorsPerform facility inspections and quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulationsManage environmental health and safety procedures for facilitiesOversee vendor relationships and invoicing proceduresConduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practicesLead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE valuesIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issuesOur Ideal Person Is Someone Who
Previous experience in Facilities Management, property or related roleIs confident in stakeholder management and working collaborativelyIs dedicated to a customer-centric approach to all tasksIs enthusiastic and possesses strong people skillsIs able to think quickly on their feet and problem solveHas strong skills in Microsoft Office and FM related softwareWhat’s in it for you?
