Jonathan’s House CIC is seeking a visionary leader to join us as Head of Domestic Abuse Services. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead innovative, trauma‑informed services for male survivors of abuse , including men who are GBTQ+ and those from culturally marginalised communities.

As Head of Services, you’ll provide both strategic and operational leadership. You’ll oversee safehouse governance, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and represent Jonathan’s House in multi‑agency safeguarding forums. You’ll ensure our services remain survivor‑centred, inclusive, and legally defensible, while driving innovation in risk assessment and trauma‑informed care.

We’re looking for someone who is IDVA trained, with significant frontline experience, and who has already proven themselves in senior leadership within the domestic abuse or safeguarding sector. You’ll combine credibility on the frontline with the vision to influence policy, practice, and culture.

Full‑time, hybrid role (home‑based with 2 days per week in Maesteg office + safehouse oversight).

Salary : Competitive, based on experience.
