As a Portfolio Performance Manager on 8-month FTC, you will lead aspects of governance and delivery for central initiatives within the Customer Success portfolio.
You will ensure priorities are perfectly aligned and revenue and cost reduction goals are achieved.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of the Consumer Portfolio Performance, monitoring objectives.
- Develop status and compliance reports for executive forums.
- Lead the production of reports and dashboards to inform future planning and decision-making.
- Manage funding processes – including developing PowerPoint pack, minutes, actions, releasing funding, Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate with product owners, delivery managers, and other engagement functions to Conduct training sessions for stakeholders
- Support governance and control activities to ensure effective execution of Consumer initiatives.
- Serve as the central source of truth for executive decision-making, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Monitor and manage risks across delivery, customer experience (CX) impact, and resource allocation.
- Provide delivery insights through regular reporting, including quarterly and monthly updates.
- Lead AOP and capacity forums reporting, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
- Own and maintain Jira dashboards, driving transparency and progress tracking.
- Track and report on benefit realisation, ensuring outcomes align with strategic objectives.
