About the Role

As Clinical Services Manager, you will provide senior leadership across our clinical services, guiding team leaders and clinicians to deliver exceptional care, innovate in practice, and shape the future of rehab at TRS. This role works alongside the Operations Manager and combines strategy, operations, and people leadership - balancing clinical excellence with financial sustainability, team engagement, and service growth.

In this role, you will :

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of allied health professionals.
• Drive clinical excellence, safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Oversee service delivery, workforce planning and operational performance.
• Support professional development, student placements and CPD initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, referrers and the community.
• Contribute to business strategy and future innovation at TRS.
