About the Role
Lead Group are seeking a Clinical Leader for a beautifully modern (but very homely!) Residential Aged Care Facility located locally to Bendigo, less than 2 hours from Melbourne! This is a medium to large sized facility that provides a fantastic support system including a Residential Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, Quality and Education team, ANACC support, leisure and lifestyle and 24 / 7 Registered Nurses and Care staff.
The facility has a highly positive culture with excellent feedback from recent staffing surveys. The role itself will offer fantastic progression opportunities if desired, where you will have ongoing training and progression routes to Facility Management, Quality Management or Clinical Educator.
Base Pay Range
A$170,000.00 / yr - A$180,000.00 / yr
