Walloon State School
Walloon State School is a semi‑rural school west of Ipswich with a proud history dating back to 1877. We combine modern education with strong community connections and a commitment to continuous improvement. Our 2024 focus is on knowing our students and delivering high‑impact instruction in Maths, supported by quality curriculum and dedicated staff.
We believe in helping every student grow, encouraging nature play, risky play and stepping into the courage zone. Rosewood State School
Rosewood State School is located in the West Moreton District, 20 kilometres south‑west of Ipswich, and serves both residential and rural communities. With strong community ties and easy access via bus and train, the school supports a diverse student population and a wide range of interests and abilities. Most students continue to Rosewood State High School, with others attending schools in Ipswich.
The school is well supported by its parent community and maintains active involvement in local events and activities.
