Specialising in the fit out and refurbishment sector, this firm maintains strong relationships with multiple high end clients which allows them to secure numerous exciting projects and a robust pipeline. As a result, they are seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator who is searching for a clear progression pathway into Project Management. This individual will be overseeing the delivery of both current and upcoming projects from start to finish, in Sydney.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As the Contracts Administrator, you will report directly to the Project Manager and work in tandem with both site and project teams to manage a range of projects up to $30M. You will assist from the design stage through to completion, whilst also being responsible for maintaining communication with clients and the project team, to ensure successful and high quality delivery of projects.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
  • Proven record as a Contracts Administrator on commercial projects
