We are looking for outstanding candidates who possess these qualities to enter the rewarding world of Employment Services.

As a Case Manager (Employment Coach), you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find suitable employment and assist them in overcoming challenges they may be facing on a personal and / or professional front.

There are multiple Full-Time ongoing roles available across our Box Hill, Cheltenham and Prahran sites where ongoing support, mentoring and training will be provided.

At Workskil, you’ll experience the work / life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary package.

• Coaching and mentoring on employability skills
• Finding job opportunities
• Referring customers to external support networks where necessary
• Accurately documenting customer information within Workskil Australia and Government systems
