Key Responsibilities :

• Create engaging, educational activities  that promote children's well-being.
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment  for children to thrive.
• Collaborate with the team  to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
• Promote the service  in line with Catholic Early EdCare’s philosophy.
• Engage in professional development  to grow personally and professionally.
• Foster a love of learning  in children that will last a lifetime.
• Build strong relationships  with families, educators, and the community.

Job Requirements :

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks
• Awareness of the National Quality Framework, and Queensland Kindergarten guidelines
• Effective workplace communication skills
• Willingness to take Child Protection Training as required
