Pay : up to $39.35 + Superannuation + Benefits

Responsibilities

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll :

• Take charge of your own room and lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
• Commit to safety and inclusivity to tailor learning experiences to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Bundaberg George Street

Our childcare centre boasts five well-designed rooms and accommodates up to 75 children daily. The facility features a large natural playground with ample shade and a versatile veranda area for various activities. Our team is dedicated to creating nurturing indoor and outdoor spaces that promote children's growth and development. We value our culturally diverse team and strong connections with families and the broader community.
