12 month maternity contract for experienced Weighbridge Administrator in BowralFull time hours, rotating roster, immediate startResponsibilities include weighing trucks, customer service, payment processingTransport and RailBowral, AustraliaWeighbridge Officer$36.38 per hour casual rate, for ordinary hoursRotating roster with full time hoursBowral location12 month maternity contractImmediate startWe are currently seeking an experienced Weighbridge Administrator for a 12 months maternity leave contract in Bowral.The successful candidate will have a flexible timetable and be able to fulfil full time hours from Monday to Saturday.Responsibilities will include : Weighing trucks in and out of site and producing customer dockets;Providing excellent customer service via both phone and face to face;Processing payments, including EFTPOS transactions, account transactions, cash payments and cash reconciliation;Monthly account reconciliation; and Completion of onboarding and inductions.Skills and experience will include : Prior experience working in a customer focused role;Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;A friendly, customer focused attitude;Previous experience with cash handling;Intermediate computer skills, particularly MS Office products such as Excel.If you would like to be considered for this role please apply now or email Hannah Limond at .
