Liver Foundation Tele-Support Service – Primary Liver Cancer and Advanced Liver Disease
Full-time, Fixed-term until June 2027 | Remote (anywhere in Australia)
Join a compassionate team improving liver health for all Australians.
Liver Foundation is Australia’s peak body dedicated to improving liver health through awareness, advocacy, education and support.
We’re proud to be funded under the Department of Health and Aged Care’s Australian Cancer Nursing Navigation Program to establish the nation’s first tele-support service for people with primary liver cancer and advanced liver disease.
We’re seeking an experienced and values-driven Health Promotion and Outreach Manager to help bring this new service to life. You’ll work to connect communities, promote the service nationally, and build partnerships that ensure everyone — regardless of where they live or who they are — can access the care and support they need.
You’ll collaborate with the CEO and Clinical Lead to create culturally safe and inclusive outreach, particularly engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
Why Join Us?
We warmly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to apply.
The National Indigenous Times acknowledges and pays respect to past and present Traditional Custodians and Elders of this nation. We recognise Aboriginal Community's continuing connection to their lands, waters and stories and acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded.
