We are seeking a People & Culture Business Partner who is passionate about creating great workplaces and empowered teams across Australia and New Zealand. As a People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll partner with leaders to translate strategy into workforce outcomes. You’ll combine strategic workforce planning, leadership enablement, employee relations, and operational delivery to support a positive employee experience and build leadership capability.

- Guiding and coaching leaders through employment matters, with a focus on performance, conduct, and compliance
- Supporting organisational change and capability uplift, with a focus on performance, inclusivity, and a member‑centric culture
- Leading initiatives that bring our people strategy to life—from onboarding through to retention and development
- Driving reskilling and learning efforts to future‑prove our people and help them thrive in a world shaped by AI and continuous change
- Bringing people data to the table to support better decisions and real outcomes

Proven HR business partnering experience or you're a senior People & Culture Advisor ready to step up into a broader strategic roleKnowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment law, workplace relations, and WHS frameworksSkilled in complex employee relations, change management, and workforce planningConfident influencing and building trusted relationships with senior leadersDigitally fluent, with experience using HRIS and emerging technologies—including knowing how to leverage AI tools effectively to enhance people practicesCollaborative, committed to learning, and passionate about building a high‑performing cultureComfortable stepping into ambiguity and influencing teams to embrace accountability, growth, and new ways of workingKnown for applying critical thinking and delivering pragmatic people solutions that drive impactExperienced in capability management, with a focus on aligning people strategies to business needs and future‑ready skillsA self‑starter who takes initiative and thrives in dynamic environments, while remaining humble and open to feedbackMost importantly—you bring energy, curiosity, and a desire to create lasting change through peopleQUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in Human Resources or BusinessProfessional membership / accreditation (HRNZ, CIPD, SHRM, AHRI) desirableWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
