Responsibilities

As a Store Manager at Laser Clinics Australia, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of a high-performing clinic. Your primary focus will be driving a passionate team of Beauty Therapists to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

In this role, you will guide and support the team in helping clients achieve their own version of FEELING GOOD by :

• Leading by example : motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered
• Operational excellence : oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage
• Client experience : deliver our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) to exceed client expectations and be the one they rave about!
• Business growth : drive clinic profitability and expansion, igniting a sense of WICKED ambition.
