About The Role (your Why)

The M365 Team Leader plays a key role directing one of our Microsoft 365 teams. As a leader of one of our teams, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operational activities of high performing M365 professionals, providing technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced members of our team, and performing scheduling, estimating and resource planning to meet the needs of our customers. You will be accountable for delivering a first-class experience for consumers of our Intelligent Workplace services. You will be responsible for providing guidance, advisory and project delivery to customers using best practice and modern technology approaches. This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with an enthusiastic team of professionals.

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work / life balance. • Please note that due to customer requirements, this role requires Australian Citizenship and eligibility to undertake a Federal Government Security Clearance
