Contract type : Permanent, 22.5 hours per week over 3 days

Hourly rate : £13.00

Mission

As a Fragrance Consultant, you will be sharing your passion for Fragrances and delighting customers with our Brand stories. As part of the Shiseido Group, you will not only be immersed in the luxurious and sensual world of these beautiful Fragrance houses and receive inspiring training on all of our scents – you join an incredible group network of brands, where developing our people is at the heart of our business.

Main Responsibilities

You will relish in the challenge of meeting your sales targets and identifying new opportunities to drive the business as you ensure customers are excited and engaged through creating activity around our Brands. Providing exceptional service and surpassing the expectations of customers will come naturally to you, as will your confidence in establishing meaningful rapport with both customers and store teams. A true ambassador to all of our Brands, you will ensure that they are looking their best at all times. In return we’ll expect you to be reaching and exceeding your sales targets, working as part of the team to achieve those counter goals.
