What your day will look like….
You’ll coach staff through clinical tasks, help assess competencies, and contribute to a positive learning culture. You’ll work closely with Nurse Educators and Unit Managers to tailor support, troubleshoot challenges, and promote safe, evidence-based care. Whether guiding a new nurse or refining a process, your work will reflect the values of compassion, integrity and innovation that guide Darling Downs Health.
