Sales Engineer (AUS)

We are looking for a talented and motivated sales engineer to join our team. The role will involve taking complete ownership of onboarding, helping configure the products according to customer needs, helping sales colleagues close deals, and being the single point of contact throughout the duration of the relationship. If you are an engineer looking to move into a customer facing role or sales, you would be a great fit for this role too.

Requirements

Experience : 3 – 8 years

Desired Skills :

• Bachelor’s in engineering or demonstrable past technical experience in handling cross domain technology solutions (e.g. HW, API, cloud, AI)
• Exceptional communication skills – role involves working with clients globally.
• Hands on with REST APIs, basic scripting (e.g. Python) to do quick analysis
• Hands on with macros in Excel, comfortable reading from monitoring portal such as Kibana
• Likes to play around with electronic gadgets, IoT, and other embedded hardware
• Ability to work independently on any given task, critical thinker, passionate about in-depth product learning
• Good team player, with the ability to perform in a fast-moving start-up environment
• Being a self-starter, ambitious, collaborative, empathetic, eager to take on unsolved problems and able to communicate complex technical topics is highly desirable

Location : Remote, based in a major Brazilian city — preferably in the states of Sao Paulo, Parana or Rio Grande do Sul.
