We're seeking a bright and enthusiastic Investment Manager to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing :

  • Campaign Champion : Managing the day-to-day implementation of investment strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
  • Strategic Insight : Monitoring market trends, identifying tactical and strategic media opportunities, and providing valuable insights to clients.
  • Optimisation Guru : Actively tracking and optimising campaigns to ensure they are performing at their peak.
  • Client Partner : Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored investment recommendations.
  • Financial Steward : Ensuring accurate financial processes, including loadings, invoicing, and resolving account queries.
  • Team Leader : Supporting the development and productivity of Investors, Executives, and Coordinators, fostering a positive and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Media Maestro : Analysing media and sponsorship proposals, negotiating with media partners, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • PMX Pro : Maximising value and outcomes for clients using our PMX product offering.
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Proven experience in media investment, with a strong understanding of campaign implementation across various channels.
  • Solid understanding of the media landscape, audience trends, and industry tools (e.g., VOZ, Day8, SpectraMD).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey data and insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Negotiation skills to achieve rate and value KPIs.
  • Experience supporting the development of a team through coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for building strong relationships with clients, agency partners, and media partners.
  • Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
