Full-time | Up to $180,000 + Super + Car Allowance

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead the project delivery function for a leading commercial fit out business.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the successful execution of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will lead a team of 3–5, providing strategic oversight, operational leadership, and mentoring to foster a high-performing, accountable culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple commercial fitout projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee all active and upcoming projects, ensuring excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing project team.
• Manage client relationships and act as the main escalation point for project matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building, and company standards.
• Support business development activities, proposals, and client pitches.
