About the role

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in championing service excellence for our customers, enhancing store and team performance and driving sales and growth. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be based at our Alice Springs store in a role that can offer you career growth opportunities.

You can demonstrate effective influencing and leadership skills with the determination to drive exceptional service delivery and strengthen Bridgestone's position as a market leader.   You are also able to effectively manage relationships by building rapport quickly whilst engaging with key stakeholders. Your commitment to health and safety is essential.

Qualifications and Experience :

Knowledge of the tyre industry will assist your transition into this career defining role however is not essential. Training will be provided to assist you to succeed in the role.
